Rules

HOUSE COMPLEX RULES

• Please wear your identification bracelet, if you lose it, security warehouse assistance.
• Do not hang laundry or clothes on balconies, window frames, rooftop, terrace, ceilings, hallways, or railings.
• Keep moderate music volume during day and until 10 PM. Keep quiet at night and keep windows closed if you have a meeting.
• Please advise guardhouse for visitors or receiving food deliveries to allow access.

• Do not place objects such as chairs, tables, inflatable pools, coolers, and / or barbecues on garden.
• Do not have meetings or parties in non-authorized places (gardens, sports fields, stairwells, etc.)

WASTE DISPOSAL

• Deposit in well-closed plastic bags in the containers, respecting the separation of waste.

PETS & COMPANION ANIMALS (If your host allows)

• Pets & companion animals must be on a leash if they are outside the apartment.
• Pickup dog poop and deposit it inside a bag in the appropriate container

CARS & PARKING

• Do not horn inside housing complex.
• Do not repair, clean and / or wash the car in the parking lot.
• Always use your assigned parking space
  

POOL

• Hours: Mon to Fri from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Mandatory shower before entering the pool.
• Occupancy: Maximum 15 people in total; 5 people per department; Sundays visits are not allowed.
• Mandatory use of a bathing suit (Hijab use is allowed).
• It is forbidden to consume food, drinks, and smoke inside and around the pool
